I've given this place a few chances now. The first time, Alex Chung cut my hair and he was incredible - unfortunately he's moved onto another shop that's a bit... read more out of the way for me. The next two times, I had to go with someone else - both times my hair got incredibly messed up. Basically paid $50 to have to wear a hat. Gave clear instructions - "last haircut was 2 weeks ago, most barbers that screw up cut too much here" - and still was completely ruined. Almost as if he didn't listen to a word I said. Not only was the cut just downright horrendous but it took in excess of an hour. Not here to name names, but hopefully this comes across as constructive criticism for the shop to have higher standards for barbers that work there. Edit: Amending this review. Was able to reach out to Amjad pretty seamlessly with a phone call and he got me a seat with Kyle the next day. Complete opposite experience - great barber, amazing conversationalist. Also seemed like the barber who cut my hair last time is in fact no longer there. Really appreciate the team for being so understanding & taking these reviews seriously. Will be back!
