His attention to detail is top-notch and it shows how experienced he is as a barber. The atmosphere tremendous and welcoming as the other barbers treat you as if you were their own clients which truly makes the experience as customer that much more fulfilling! Overall, Shear Brilliance is a great place and you won't be disappointed!

A client that books online and is willing to pay for... read more a service should be getting that service, instead of being cancelled due to the barber’s personal preference of clientele bookings which is not another client’s problem. (What is the point of the online booking system then? Why don’t you go private then?) Furthermore, LJ was very misleading the first 2 times that I came to get my haircut by setting false expectations with me that he will be setting me up with “series” appointments to get weekly haircuts, after 2 visits, which was a complete lie. (Why did you tell me you will set me up with series then? You could have just told me to continue booking online.) The last and third time that I came to get a cut from LJ, his attitude completely changed as he gave me the cold shoulder from the beginning of the cut. I don’t know whether this had to do with the argument that happened while I was there between 2 of his barber colleagues regarding regular client bookings which is also what he referred back to by saying “just like him, I also have to accommodate my regulars, and you are not a priority client” when I was trying to book another appointment for the following week. This actually caught me by total surprise because I told him my issue that I just moved to town and needed a consistent barber and he told me that it’s “no problem” the first 2 times. I came to Shear Brilliance as I was referred to go there by family that know the owners, however, after the experience that LJ put me through, I will not be going to Shear Brilliance anymore- I will also post this negative experience on Google in hopes that nobody goes through this with any barber. Now Shear Brilliance has lost a regular, weekly client due to LJ being misleading, disrespectful and unreliable as a barber due to making false statements. Me and my brother having been going to Abdal for the past 2 years now, he is very consistent and does a great job everytime.

Had an excellent experience at this barber shop! The taper fade Abdal gave me was spot-on and exactly what I wanted. Very skilled and friendly making my visit very enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing haircut.
